First one I received did not work correctly but a quick video to customer service showing the issue resulted in Sans sending me out a new one pronto at no charge to me! That is the way a great company treats their customers and that is why I have their air purifier, their water filtration unit as well as this self-cleaning water bottle!! Oh, and the second one works great, keeps my water cold for hours...love it!

I love my water bottle. It's stylish and the perfect size. I'm glad I purchased it. I plan on purchasing the counter unit as soon as I can afford it.

Best tasting water ever. My old stainless steel water bottle always had a peculiar smell. Not the Sans. There’s no odor ever! I enjoy fresh water every time I open the lid of the bottle!!

Beautiful in design and function. I use Sans Bottle every day. I usually fill it from my Sans Water Purifier, so that water is as pure as it gets. The Sans Bottle ensures the water stays pure, wherever I roam.

Just using it today, for the first time. Yes, I was skeptical, but .....wow! I used it with our tap water (which is not great where I live) and the water tasted fresh and pure! I was amazed, to say the least. It actually worked, even better than I expected. So yes, another great Sans product. Keep 'em coming, Sans. Great item for every day use and great for hiking, No need to carry a bunch of water

My husband and I each bought a Sans water bottle and are so happy we made this purchase. The insulation is a great feature. Most importantly for us is the peace of mind knowing the water is free from contaminates. Also, we taste the difference! We highly recommend this product.

It does everything functionally you’d want from a water bottle and is so cool to watch the lights during the cleaning cycle that everyone keeps asking me about it and is equally impressed!
